	SATELLITE POSITION Aim a C-Band satellite dish, orbital position 100,5 degrees

	SATELLITE RECEIVER A digital satellite receiver such as Nokia Mediamaster 9200/9500/9600 is required to receive the signal. Any other so called DVB Free To Air receiver will work fine too.

	TUNING INTO RFE/RL PERSIAN BROADCASTS Frequency = 3764,8 MHz Polarization = Horizontal (H)

	OTHER SETTINGS: SYMBOL RATE = 6.100 MS FEC = 3/4 VIDEO PID = 7160 AUDIO PID = 7132

	LISTEN ON LEFT SPEAKER You will see "Worldnet TV" on your TV screen and you can hear RFE/RL Persian Service broadcasts on the left speaker of your TV set.


	FOR NOKIA RECEIVER: Connect a video monitor to TV scart at the back panel of your nokia receiver. install these settings: channel name: EU 17 Frequency: 12,484,50 GHZ Polarization: vertical Video PID: 4360 Audio PID: 4420 Audio Output: left LNB Requirements LNB must be capable of receiving the HIGH KU BAND (11.70 to 12.75 GHZ) If you are using your Nokia with the California Amplifier LNB Model No 150297 switch the polarization to Horizontal in order to send the 19V signal to the LNB to get Hot Bird 3.
